1. Where can I park my car legally at the Brazilian Room? Will I get a ticket? |

You can park adjacent to the Island Picnic area, if that area is full you can park below the picnic area on Anza View Dr. or adjacent to the lower Brazilian Room lawn near the Botanical Garden. If you park below Brazilian Room lot on Wildcat Canyon, you may be ticketed for illegal parking in a hazardous condition. Please do not permit your guests to park in front of the walkway, it obstructs safe access and hampers emergency vehicle, unloading and vendor access to the facility. |

2. Why can't I park my limo in the handicap spot? I don't have any handicapped guests. |

It is illegal in California to park in handicapped designated parking if you vehicle is not properly tagged. Handicapped parking use is strictly enforced in the Regional Parks. |

3. We want to have a rehearsal before our event ? What are the rules for rehearsals ? |
| |
General rehearsal time is provided for on Tuesdays, Open House at the Brazilian Room at no charge. Rehearsals are available at other facilities thru appointment only. Rehearsal times are limited to one half-hour time must be arranged thru the Facilities Office.(See 'Rehearsals' section on page 2 of the Facilities Rules and Use Agreement form). |

4. Should I have an alternate plan for wet or hot weather ? |

Of course. Some of our facilities are regularly exposed to fog and unusually hot weather. Consider backup plans for your ceremony or dining arrangements. |

5. Can I place directional signs around the park to guide guests to my event ? |
| |
Directional or informational signs are not allowed within the Regional Parks. (See 'Patio, Lawn, Deck, Etc.' section on page 1 of the Facilities Rules and Use Agreement form). |

6. Are dogs permitted in the Regional Park facilities ? What about guide dogs ? |
| |
EBRPD Ordinance 38 (Section 801) states that dogs must be securely leashed in all developed areas. Pets may not be left unattended at any Regional Park. Dogs are not permitted in the buildings. Working guide dogs must be licensed according to the Food and Agricultural Code Section 30951. |
